 Health Association Studies

We will use the PM2.5 and temperature models to link them to multiple health datasets to study associations with total mortality, risk factors for cardiometabolic disease and lung function. We will pay special attention to exploring susceptible sub populations based on sex, socioeconomic status, urban/rural environment, and nutritional level to shed light on potential synergies and conflicts between climate, health, air pollution, hunger, gender equity, poverty and sustainable communities.

We are further open to new collaborations across India who are interested in  linking their health dataset with the PM2.5 and temperature model to investigate other related research questions. Please contact us, for further information.
